SF结构：

1、内层：采用6mm厚的Q235-B钢板制造，与普通的厚度仅5mm的单层油罐相比，强度提高。

2、外层：强化玻璃纤维层，厚度达到2.5mm以上，抗压抗震性好。具有耐腐蚀性、耐电蚀性；

3、贯通间隙：0.1~3.5mm；300°的范围，无牢固支撑。

4、加强结构：内罐加强

5、检测设备：泄漏检测仪24小时实时监控，监测到间隙空间底部液位时发出警报双层油罐如果内罐渗漏，双层间隙内带有一定压力的气体或检测液，会进入常压的内罐；双层间隙内的压力或液位会发生变化，触发声光报警器。储液渗漏进双层间隙后，由于外罐完好，储液并不会漏出。因此，储液、土壤和地下水都是安全的。 [7]

如果外罐渗漏，双层间隙内带有一定压力的气体或检测液，会进入土壤。同理，双层间隙内的压力或液位会发生变化，触发声光报警器。此时，由于内罐是完好的，储液安全；进入土壤的只有气体或检测液，因此，土壤和地下水也是安全的。

由于内罐接触的储液与外罐所接触的土壤、地下水，属于不同介质，对罐体材料腐蚀速率不同，在同一时间发生渗漏的概率几乎为零。因此，可以杜绝储液漏出罐外，做到了生产安全和保护环境

Similarly, the pressure or liquid level in the double-layer gap will change, triggering the audible and visual alarm. At this time, since the inner tank is intact, the liquid storage is safe; Only gas or detection liquid enters the soil, so the soil and groundwater are also safe.

Since the storage liquid in contact with the inner tank and the soil and groundwater in contact with the outer tank belong to different media and have different corrosion rates to the tank materials, the probability of leakage at the same time is almost zero.
